Stuffed Portobella Mushrooms: Pizza Style

Have you ever gone to the grocery store, and they have these portobello mushrooms all wrapped up and prettily stuffed with mozzarella and spinach?  I see them all the time, and I always think to myself, "I could do that."  But I never do.
