I'm thinking heavily of beachy songs today, hence my "If you like pina coladas"-inspired title. I had a revelation today that makes this whole vegetarian thing WAY better. Our cafe does a mean chicken marinara, and they had it for lunch today. The thought of the processed chicken patty turns my stomach, but the crunchy breading under the melting cheese and hot marinara really are amazing. Oh lord, I love good chicken marinara.
