I'm thinking heavily of beachy songs today, hence my "If you like pina coladas"-inspired title. I had a revelation today that makes this whole vegetarian thing WAY better. Our cafe does a mean chicken marinara, and they had it for lunch today. The thought of the processed chicken patty turns my stomach, but the crunchy breading under the melting cheese and hot marinara really are amazing. Oh lord, I love good chicken marinara. Homemade pizza is a standard at my house. I have a special place in my heart for pizza because my husband charmed me by making a few during our very first dates together. It was a rainy, cold day just like most of the days this week. So we stayed in, he made a pizza for me, and I introduced him to Lost.
