		<description>Since you  mentioned lots of garbanzo bean goodies, I have to recommend Veganomicon&#039;s chickpea cutlets.  If you don&#039;t feel like going out and buying a $30 cookbook, I&#039;ll send you the recipe (though even my cheap ass will admit that it&#039;s worth it!).  They are crunchy and chewy and great alone, with ketchup, with gravy on a sandwich, in a pita, etc.</description>
